The children had a great time at sports day; please see below a few photos of the fun morning.

Next week

English – the children will finish planning and write their myth stories.

Maths – focus is statistics, the children will carry out activities using pictogram, block and tally charts.

History – to learn about their chosen famous person

Science – to have a nature walk around the field and observe their bug hotels

PSHE – to recognize how their bodies have changed since a baby

RE- to discuss the story of Diwali

I look forward to seeing you for parent consultations on either Monday morning or Thursday evening to discuss your child’s success in Year 2.
