Please see below lessons for next week.

English – continuation on our class book ‘Toys in Space’. The children will write a fantasy setting description, explore the meaning of the story from different perspectives and use noun phrases to create a character profile.

Maths – we will start our new topic on statistics. The children will create block diagrams along with drawing and interpreting pictograms.

Geography – continue discussing, how do people use Weymouth?

Science – to have a nature walk around the field and create bug hotels for mini-beasts.

Please could your children bring in an empty plastic bottle for their bug hotel.

PSHE – to recognise how their bodies have changed since a baby

RE- to discuss who made the world and creation stories.

Spellings for next Friday are:

Group 1 – said, he, of, was.

Group 2 – diary, sitting, looking, laying, playing, feeling.

Group 3 – wondering, staring, watching, stopping.
