Hello, we have had
a fun and busy week.
In English,
the children created their own Autumn list poem.
Next week,
the children will learn the poem ‘Ten things found in a Wizard’s pocket’ and
create their own list poem.
In maths,
the children learnt to regroup to 10 using addition and subtraction.
Next week,
we will continue learning place value using a variety of equipment and add 3
single digit numbers together.

We will identify
and compare the suitability of a variety of everyday materials by exploring the
purposes of different objects.
RE
The children
will learn Hindu symbols including Diwali.
History
We will
continue to learn what schooling was like when Little Heath school would have
been built.
ICT
The children
will develop their familiarity of the keyboard.
Spelling
test will be on Friday mornings, the children can choose their group along with
learning both groups if they want to.
